Thank you, Pete!
WARNING! This post has been hijacked by the Lead Team of Quest Community Church! (Sorry, Pete!:))
While Pastor Pete is away this weekend getting some well-deserved rest, we couldn’t resist the opportunity to hijack his blog. In light of October being Pastor Appreciation Month and as we remember what God unleashed through Pete during our fall series Come See For Yourself, we wanted to take this opportunity to say a special thanks to our pastor.
Truth be told, we were kind of in a hijacking mood this past weekend, so we also commandeered the 11:30am service in Lexington and gave the entire crowd a chance to thank Pete in unforgettable style. Listen to the sound of a grateful church!
Pete, words can’t express how your influence has changed our lives. Thanks for the way you pour yourself out for the sake of Jesus and His Church! The world and eternity are different because of your Yes. We’re so grateful that there’s a place where really broken people like us could find grace and healing, and open the door for thousands of others to see Jesus for who He really is. We’re so thankful you’re our pastor!
