A 30 Day Journey

Today I’m launching a 30 Day Journey of daily encouragement tweets for those who’ve recently given their lives to Christ, and I’ve decided to include an expanded version each day in my blog. For those of you who’ve just given your lives to Christ, I’m praying for you…that your roots will go down deep into His love and into the truth of who you are in Him. I hope it will be an encouragement to the rest of you, as well. (If you’ve not yet given Him your heart, I’m praying that following this journey will make you hungry for a real relationship with Him.)

Day1: When you received Christ, you became brand new!

2 Corinthians 5:17 – What this means is that those who become Christians become new persons. They are not the same anymore, for the old life is gone. A new life has begun!
